Description: This lovely stoneware birdhouse/cottage is in EXCELLENT condition with no chips or cracks!! It has been thoroughly cleaned of previous tenants both bird and insect!! The rubber plug is still supple but has some wear and I have created a new perch!! It can be whittled down a little further to insert it more inside or secured with glue!! It will also need new hanging material!! Approx. 8" high X 8" X 7.5" at the eaves!! NOTE: Quoted shipping charges are based on the farthest zone from me, so if you live in closer proximity to Greensboro, NC, the cost will go down!!
