Description: Vintage Lisa Frank Galactic Ice Cream Sundae pocket portfolio folder. Holes are unpunched and folder is in very good condition for its age. It has some slight corner wear, and small edge wear marks. No rips, tears or holes, no stains or rubs. The binding is strong but it held a thick stack of papers for many years, so the binding is slightly "curved" (as shown in the last two pics) and is not laying flat, as though it only had one or two papers in it.
