The plates feature a fish and the artist’s signature, which is located lower right. Gadrooned edges are trimmed in 24K gold. Palette consists of greens, blues, yellows and browns; tactile, decorative, curving lines encircle each plate just under the gold edging. Coiffe green 7-Point star mark. Circa: 1891-1914. Blakeman & Henderson, the importer, is in cursive on the plate’s back. Available plates are in photos 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. Eight are available as of 12/4/2024; Originally 10 were available (note photo 1). Specify which fish plate you would like to purchase. Price listed is for 1 plate. DIAMETER: 9”.
