The inside of the pot and the lid is lined with tin, factory coated with even precision thickness It is very well made, with a thick gauge copper and riveted cast iron handle *Please note that the handle is twisted to the left a little (see photo #3). I'm not sure if that's the way it was manufactured. It may be designed that way for easy pouring? The pan has a 10.5" diameter. And is 3 1/8" tall The handle is 11" long On the side of the pot is stamped a circular logo that says: FABRICATION FRANCAISE This is a finely crafted, high quality professional saucepan.
