Description: Altered States starred William Hurt. This poster was issued in a size slightly smaller than the usual 1-sheets, perhaps following the theme of the movie title. It is a stand-out with its glossy copper metallic look. The poster was rolled, never folded or creased. It does have some bottom edge wear and a bit on the left side near the top and near the bottom. When looking at the back, the top right edge has a bit of some sort of residue (see the last photo). There are no holes, tears, or creases. All issues are shown in the photos. Some of these posters have a blank sticker over the Dolby logo - this does not. (The Dolby sound of this movie at the Boston theater where I worked was amazing!) I worked in movie theaters from 1972 to 1983 and this is one of the many items of movie memorabilia that I saved. It has been in my possession since 1980.
