Description: This listing is for a Hitachi tm-3000 in great shape. It was removed in working order from a lab that closed down. during packing the sample stub adapter was misplaced, so I have not been able to take any test images with the scope. When I powered it up it seems to work fine, pumps down in about a minute, scans, and otherwise responds as it should, but since the stub adapter provides course z adjustment I don't have any means to bring a sample into the focal area of the scope. I will offer this unit as-is for now, at a lower price, until I can source the adapter and provide test images. (the stub adapter is the item circled in blue in photo #2 and #3 in my listing). I have included the original packing list from hitachi. I can not guarantee all items are present, I included this to show how the unit was equipped from the OEM. The microscope comes with the dry vacuum backing pump as well as computer, with manuals, software, and spares / consumables such as sample stubs, conductive adhesive, a nearly full pack of extra filaments, apertures, and more. I will crate the scope at no charge and ship world wide. If you need extra services like lift gate or inside delivery there may be additional charges. International customers will need to provide their own customs broker to handle importation.
