Description: Immaculate mahogany Federal style corner cabinet, made by one of America’s last surviving high-end furniture manufacturers, Henkel Harris. This piece dates to the mid-1970s, when the previous owners purchased it. A single upper door with nine panes of true divided light glass, each individually cut and glazed in place. Two fixed shelves with serpentine fronts on the inside, each of the three display surfaces in the top section has plate grooves on each of the sides. Two lower doors open to a single fixed shelf. Solid brass hardware. Both the upper and lower doors have working locks with a single key. The upper section is illuminated with two vertically placed fluorescent tube lights, placed towards the front, to the left and right of the door. The piece is set on a base with bracket style feet. Comes with the key. Measures 75” tall, 20.5” deep from the flat corner board to the front of the cornice. Each of the sides are appx. 25” deep. In near-mint and immaculate condition. A tiny tiny chip on the top left corner of the cornice, and two *very tiny* dings on the bottom edge of the bracketed feet but these have all been touched up. No smoking, no pet home.
