Description: Ercole Barovier Grosse Costolature Iridescent Murano Glass Vase. It was made in the early 1940s. It is 9" wide across the top and 8" tall. It weighs 6lb 13oz. There are several chipped areas on scalloped edges, wear/grinding down on some of the high points of waves at top of vase, crack inside vase at the bottom, chip on base of vase at the edge, several dark flecks and scrapes on glass, see photos. The chipped areas on the scalloped edges are not rough or sharp, they are totally smooth so maybe they were part of the manufacturing process. I have gently cleaned the vase but wasn't able to remove the dark flecks as I didn't want to risk damaging the glass. Pleas see all photos for condition.
