It had some white spots inside and I went to wash off and I think it might have been speck of the black finish off so I wiped off plugged in to make sure it worked started heating up and then the specks didn’t show up . Idk 🤷♀️ about that but any ways it was heating up ! My mother gave to me and I never used it ! Don’t have no instructions but has 2 Greece pans . In good shape I think!!
