Description: This 12" decoration lights up. One wing is wonky, and it has a few spots here and there. Some people call this a tree topper, but after looking at the bottom I can't see how it would be a great tree topper unless it had a strong and thin branch on the top of your tree.. The cord and lighting harness was made in Japan, but I can't swear that the rest of the doll is that old.
