Description: This is a Gold coloured pendant necklace made from a Hong Kong FIFTY CENT coin. The earliest is from 1977, latest from 1998. There are two versions. From 1977 to 1980 they feature the value in Chinese within a ring of beads & the Queen's head. From 1994 to 1998 in preparation for the handover to China they have the Bauhinia, which is also known as the Hong Kong Orchid. All my coins have been in circulation so may show some minor imperfections but they are in very good condition with fine detail. They are highly polished to a mirror finish and then lacquered to prevent tarnishing. The cable chain is new & Gold plated with a Lobster claw clasp. Length is 450 mm (18") which can be extended to 500 mm (20"). The photos are for display purposes only so may not show your chosen year. An ideal gift for birthday or anniversary.
