Description: I picked this Echo SRM-225 string trimmer up with some other equipment and simply don’t need it. This is a 2 stroke trimmer and requires premix gas at 50:1 ratio. Ethanol free fuel highly recommended. Cosmetically this one is a little dirty but would clean up to look almost new. Looks like it has had very little use and no rack wear whatsoever! Mechanically it seems to be a bit cold natured. Can be slightly difficult to start when cold especially if it’s been sitting for a while, but once it warms up and has been used for a bit it’ll start in a single pull. Revs up good and idles well once it warms up. Throttle can be feathered anywhere in between idle and wide open with no hesitation. It’s got a new aftermarket bump head, carb and air filter. Fresh NGK spark plug. Sold as is, as described and pictured, no warranty written or implied. Fuel will be drained and cylinder fogged before shipping.
