Dorflinger American Finest Crystal Decanter 1850

Description: America's Finest Crystal Studio/Makers (1867 - 1917) Antique 1900's Dorflinger Crystal Decanter w-a Fine Edinburgh Stopper, Heavy, Etched & Engraved + Family owned since early 1900's. Incredible perfect, old crystal high style heavy beautiful Dorflinger Decanter, somehow Married 50+ years ago with a Scottish Edinburgh Stopper, no idea how that came about, our bar area @ home had an array of decanters!! No chips, cracks, damage, repairs old world craftsmanship art glass object. No staining, shadows in some pictures, no stains anywhere, although my grandfather used this for his Chivas Royal Salute Scotch as long as I can remember and it had been passed to him by my Great Grand Father, it was my Grandparents home, then to my father then to me and I just turned 70 a week ago on May 14th. Great party w/fine friends, great music, wine, beer, mead, scotch, food, etc.. (few flea bites to bottom of stopper don't see or notice when in use!) "Broken in" :-) Measures: 10 inches tall w-stopper in place, 8.5 inches w/o stop, 8.5 inches deep, 5.5 inches around (holds a 1/5th just fine!) Flat base w/deep engravings/etching of 3 inches across. Very heavy well made gorgeous old Art Decanter by a great old company!! Don't drink hard stuff anymore, basically a few "Stella Artois's" and I am good, so along w/many Art Glass Cabinets, we are also clearing out the bar, several storage facilities, etc..
