Damage by accident, abuse, mis-operation, or water damage is not covered. All watches are sealed and pass a pressure test for water resistance prior to sale. However, continued water resistance past the warranty period cannot be guaranteed. Exposure to water, steam, or high humidity is not recommended and is at the customer's own risk. For mechanical watches, an accuracy of +/- 1 minute per day shall be deemed to be within normal performance. Watches must be returned to the seller at Customer's shipping cost via trackable, insured shipping. Return shipping is provided by Seller. Repair by the Seller shall be the sole remedy. No reimbursement for repair by others. Unauthorized service by others or opening of the case shall void this warranty.
