Description: Up for sale is my Digi003 Factory Edition Audio Interface and console, originally made by Digidesign and later acquired by Avid. I am the first owner, and this device has been the centerpiece of my personal recording studio for the past 15 years. Purchased in 2009, it has helped me record many songs, and parting with it is not easy. I have taken excellent care of it, always covering it when not in use to prevent dust from getting into the faders and electronic components. I guarantee that this is the cleanest and most fully functional Digi003 console you can find in 2024. All faders, knobs, and controllers are intact. I have researched current listings, and this one stands out for its condition. The price is fair, but I am open to reasonable offers from passionate musicians on a tight budget. After performing a fader calibration and running the Vegas demo mode, I confirmed that all motorized faders work well for automation with Pro Tools. Occasionally, fader #4 may be sluggish, but it functions properly after calibration. **Compatibility:** This console can also be used as a MIDI controller with DAWs like Ableton, Logic, Cubase, and FL Studio. I started using it with Ableton Live by engaging MIDI Map mode, which offers 2 partitions with 8 channels each. MIDI Map A and B are located under the headphone knobs. Note that motorized fader automation is not supported in Ableton as it is in Pro Tools.
