Testing (limited): Turned on and the screen said "picospin" for about 20 seconds (photo #2). Then it shows the IP address 192.168.42.31 (photo #3). The display then just keeps showing that IP address. We don't have any more ability than that to test any further as we are business equipment liquidators/resellers, not actual users of the equipment. Note: the item glued to top in last photo was a secure system enabling it to be locked in the lab so not stolen. Its cable has been removed but that "puck" is still glued to the top. Not a big deal, just letting you know what it is.
