Description: Coiffe Limoges Hand Painted White Daisies Forget Me Nots Gold 8 3/8 Inch Plate Pretty relief molded porcelain plate. Decorated with hand painted white daisies and blue forget me nots over a pink, blue, and yellow background. With gold gilding along the edge. Signed by the artist. The signature is small, but appears to be J Collinge. Unmarked; however, this is a form that was produced by Coiffe in Limoges France between 1891 and 1914. You can usually find other examples of this mold that are marked within my store. Has some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks. Measures approximately 8 3/8 inches wide. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece.
