Description: Presented is an old, American coin silver cup made during the early to mid 1800s, probably the first quarter of the 1800s but possibly even earlier. This piece is very simple in design. The front of the cup is engraved with a monogram of the initials MLC. This cup is not marked, but it is guaranteed to be coin silver purity, 900 purity silver. This piece is in very good condition. The handle has been re-solder to the body at both the upper and lower juncture. There are several small dents and dings throughout. There are no major dents, no breaks, no monogram removals and no other repairs. The cup measures 3 1/4 inches tall and weighs 142 grams or 5 ounces. Powered by SixBit's eCommerce Solution
