Cheltenham Town Centre measures 40.5cm (15") x 25.4cm (10") when folded out. These small maps are in fairly good condition with no pen or pencil marks, highlighted or torn sheets. The Cheltenham Spa map is in better condition. The Town Centre copy has wear along the folds and creasing along the edges with discolouration on the sheet on the Street side, please see photo 5.
