Description: FROM MADEIRA WITH LOVE... Recent find from a prominent Portuguese estate liquidation........that of world travelers. Vintage cast resin or cast hard rubber (Not sure which) figure, Charlie Chaplin. He is cold painted and cast with great detail. Charlie is in a classic pose holding a cane in one hand and what would have been a rose in the other however the flower has broken off. A careful examination detected chippy edges on the hat brim as well. The figure stands approximately 6 inches tall and I have inserted a standard size playing card in one photo as a reference for size. The age estimated at late 20th century. There are no maker´s marks to determine origins. PLEAES NOTE.... the flower is lost that would have been in his extended hand. MUCH OBLIGED
