The dimensions are as follows: total length from top of rear collar: 40 inches shoulders across the rear: 19 inches sleeves from shoulder seam to cuff: 24 inches chest, back and front, measured beneath the armpits: approximately 46 inches There is no size label, but it is the equivalent of a 42R US.
