Capitol 2 Sided No 50 Drop Toaster 1930s Art Deco Retro Vintage

Description: This vintage toaster is stamped on bottom "CAPITOL PRODS CO No 50, WINSTED CONN, MADE IN U.S.A., 500 WATTS, 120 VOLTS". It was made in the 1930s. A double slice toaster with 2 fold down doors that measures 9 1/2 inches wide by 7 1/2 inches tall. This item has not been tested. It has no dials or switches, the plug is used to turn off and on.Features an original cord marked "BELDEN" that is flexible but taped and not perfect. Mirror finish has marks typical of a toaster this age, one side has what appears to be a plastic bag (bread?) remains (this may clean up), having no dings or dents. Paint loss is evident, as with most of this model I've seen. It has 2 raised knobs on each door. Will look nice as a vintage KITCHEN ART DECO display item. It is aged and was cleaned some but will look even better if cleaned some more. Smoke/pet free home.
