Description: Selling is an Original 8" x 10" Glossy photo with borders of silent film star, BLANCHE SWEET from 1927. This is a Very Rare portrait of this star, as photographed by famed photographer, FRED HARTSOOK. The photographer's stamp is in black ink near the bottom right corner. This photo is from the original negative but is not from the original year of 1927. Based on the old fiber paper, the photo was likely printed in the 1930's to 1940's. The autograph of BLANCHE SWEET is a facsimile signature and NOT an original Autograph. Through research, I found that this photo was taken in 1927 but the year is not noted on the photo. On the back of the photo the name of the star is lighly penciled at the top of the page, along with a set of numbers in a black stamp for filing purposes long ago (See Scan). This photo is in VERY GOOD condition, with minimal handling wear. There is light edgewear and small light creases in the borders and corners.
