This is the New Version and Also Comes at a New Lower Price. The saddle is approximately 10" wide, 11" nose to tail, and 13" over all including crash-rail. The seat has 7/8" seat pan clamp, 7/8" clamps are common to all new seats, and Vintage Schwinns Seat posts have an 5/8" top (a size no longer used). We strongly suggest one of our 7/8" topped 13/16" seatposts ( we have straight and cool laid back seatposts in our ebay store) They will give you more adjustably than the Original Short Schwinn 13/16" seatpost.
