Description: Once in a lifetime item! This Type IV photo of Babe Ruth circa 1930's hung inside his NY City apartment after her retired until his family had moved his items in the 1960's. As you can see by the photo's this was one of Babe's cherished photographs that he chose to keep on his wall as he entertained guests. The photo was taken in the mid-late 1920's and printed in the 1930's which makes it a PSA Type IV image. PSA has encapsulated the photo and included the significant "Ruth Collection" on the label as it was one of the few items ever made available to the public that had belonged to "The Babe" himself. Included is a original 1950's photo of Ruth's wife in his apartment with more photo evidence of the item being auctioned being displayed in Babe's apartment. Also included is a signed and notarized LOA from his family/grand-daughter. In 2019, the Babe Ruth Collection was made available to the public for the first time and since then not many of these items have been made available to the public again. So with this item, you have a chance to own something that was displayed by THE BABE in his NY City apartment from his playing days (1935) all the way to late 1950’s. Serious offers only!
