Artistically signed "Woodard, Boston, as well as Raleigh" the piece dates back to the prestigious T&V Limoges era (1906-1913), as evidenced by the underglaze green mark "T&V Limoges France Depose." Cherry clusters intertwine with delicate branches and leaves on the exterior, mirrored by a captivating composition inside. Lush red cherries juxtapose elegant greenery along with thick gold scrolls, creating a captivating contrast. The deep forest green and gold pedestal base adds a touch of grandeur. In excellent condition showing this 14-inch diameter, 9 1/2-inch tall masterpiece is an exceptional centerpiece along with 6 finely painted matching porcelain cups for formal gatherings. The previous owners put removable picture putty on the base to make sure the punch bowl was secure on the pedestal but you can remove it if you like (peels of easily).
