Description: Antique Thorndale Farms Dairy 1 Quart Milk Bottle New York City Manhattan Just north of 9 inches tall and a nice light sun colored amethyst tint. Based on the amethyst color and the history of the company, this bottle dates to around 1905-1915. I believe this small company began in 1905 and was located at 406 West 45th Street in NYC Rare/scarce bottle. Check out the pictures to see all of the embossing on this bottle as well as the condition. In dug condition with 3 minor points of damage. One 1/8 inch fish-eye on the lip. Another 1/8 inch fish-eye on the back of the bottle underneath the letter "E" in Thorndale and another 1/8 inch ding with glass missing below that on the edge of the base. These 3 points of damage can be seen in the last 2 pictures and can not be seen when the bottle is displayed head-on. Save on shipping on multiple purchases!
