Plaque has a very slight curve (see photo 5 Please) with 4 mount holes in corners. All holes are solid no breaks. The 2 bottom corners showing enamel chipping (please examine last 4 photos ) I have taken many photos in natural light shows rays in the enamel. This is tested to be 925 Sterling Silver not plated or filled.
