No breaks or repairs. There is a very small crack of sorts along the top edge of the left side (See photo #11 for a close up). It looks like it's a defect from when the jug was made but I have no idea. It's very small and purely cosmetic. It has a couple of small fleabites but nothing out of the ordinary. No cork.
