Antique Monks Bench - Gothic French Heavily Carved

Description: This is an amazing antique monks bench imported from France. Check out the fantastic carving throughout this piece. It, of course, has a drop top with a single dovetailed drawer underneath. The top is held in place by two pegs which can be easily removed. The monks bench is solid thick wood. It is in great condition with age appropriate finish loss. This is a small bench measuring 31.5" wide and 17" deep. It is 25" tall with the top flat and 33.25" tall with the back up.
