Description: Very important Spanish folding navaja knife, made in Albacete in the first half of the 20th century, high quality, 100% handcrafted, on the large blade there is a logo of a kind of anchor, just that. It is an unusual piece, due to its size and quality, the blade is hand forged carbon steel, really sharp, with a beautiful silhouette, with decorative notches on its back, very neat. The handle with dark brown wooden scales, the bolsters are made of german silver, the billet is beautiful, made of brass and has the shape of an insect, I think it is a fly or a St. Anthony's cow? The rivets are brass, like the flowers on the scales made with brass pins, with an internal gold plating, it could be a low 14k type gold plating. The spring and spacers are made of carbon steel, which gives the knife great resistance. The opening and closing is excellent, very firm, with the ratchet ¨carraca¨ system with different positions, the blade is very firm in the open position! It is a true work of art, worthy of a great collection!!
