Brass has some tarnish and the piece that stick out at the bottom will eventually need repair. I took closeup; if you see in pics, there are 3 small breaks and there is 1 piece still holding so it's fragile. A little bit of JB weld will fix it. Frame itself measures 16.5"x 21.5".
