Description: For sale is a very nice antique Kienzle wall clock. Clock runs and plays the Westminster chimes on the quarter hour and chimes the hour on the hour. Movement is stamped with the Kienzle trademark. Has very pleasant chime rods. Keeps good time and includes adjustable pendulum and key. Case is in excellent condition with beautiful twin columns along both sides of the front. There is one small area where the veneer is damaged and bubbling around the dial (see photos). Nice convex shaped glass over the dial with beautiful heavy leaded and beveled glass with oval center in front of the pendulum. The railing headpiece is not permanently attached. All finials appear to be original. Case does have a small crack in the back in the lower right corner. Clock is 35" tall and 15" wide and 9" deep. dial is 6.5" diameter. Clock is an antique and is USED and sold AS IS. As with most antique clocks, the movement may have been previously repaired or replaced. There is no guarantee the clock will run, or keep time accurately, or chime correctly after shipping. All dimensions are approximations.
