Description: Hertwig Company late 1800s or early 1900s. She has a low brow china head with a cloth body and bisque arms, hands and feet. China head doll series produced at the turn of the century. She has a black, low-brow hairstyle with lovely painted features. Her eyes are blue, her eye brows are black, her cheeks and lips are a rosy pink. She has a 5 marked on the back of her head (typical of Hertwig). This antique doll is wearing a pink and off white lace dress with a cotton slip under it. It appears to be original dress. This doll is in excellent condition except it has a half inch in one of her calfs (please see photos for details). About 18 tall. Please see pics and ask any questions. Thanks for looking!
