The year looks like it is 1915 but it could be 1916 or 1918. There is a number stamped into it. It looks like 3102 and then below that I believe it says 19. Beautiful plate with some little signs of wear in the paint, one spot that looks worn is white. Please view all pictures. Measures approximately 7.75”.
