This pair of antique Chinese silk embroidered womens wedge pedestal boat shape shoes date from the late 19th century during the Qing Dynasty. They are made of a pale pink and blue color silk damask weave woven pattern fabric. Unusual women’s Manchu pedestal boat shape platform style slip-on slipper shoes have a multi layered wooden wedge sole painted white with a rope stitched bottom. The shoes measure 5 inches long, 1.75” inches wide. They are in good condition, with beautiful embroidery and colors. A rare and wonderful piece of antique Chinese shoe art!
