I do not accept returns on built model kits! You will receive exactly what is pictured! All models will be placed in a bag, then wrapped in multiple layers of large bubble wrap before being placed in a sturdy box to ship. The USPS is rough on packages and these models are fragile, so it is best to expect some minor damages from shipping!
