It is from 1917 and is a $2 Legal Tender note with signatures of Speelman and White. That makes it Freidberg number 60. It has been graded Uncirculated 62PPQ by PCGS, and would be gem if not for centering which was not perfect when it came out of the BEP. The Premium Paper Quality means that this note has not been cleaned or pressed like many of the raw notes you see on eBay.
