Description: As pictured. The game parts and pieces are in excellent to exceptional shape including the game board. The outer box is slightly crushed though. There is one pawn missing (Madam Rose) but all other pieces are there. Only 4 of the Detective Notebook pages are missing, it’s practically a full pad of them. The 2 green dice are clean as well. The board is a 9+ out of 10 in condition. So clean! Front and back. Cards are crisp and clean. Pawns are nice as are the weapons. Instruction book is excellent. The case file envelope is not torn.
