The ladder is marked up to the number 23 with a curved notch. The base and elevation ladder are marked with a C on the left side. The elevation adjustment moves smoothly. The elevation adjustment bar DOES NOT have a C stamped on it. The two mounting screws are included. There is the number 1 near the front mounting screw. The finish is blue but shows some wear.
