2001 Lemax Laurel House Christmas Village w/ Box, 7 Pieces, Camera Broke, VG/E

Description: This beautiful Porcelain/Ceramic "Laurel House" building and figures will be a great addition to your Christmas Village Collection! This set is by Lemax, was made in 2001, and is a retired item (I think). This set includes the Laurel House, 9" high evergreen tree, and 5 figures/accessories (7 items total). There are some figures/accessories that are missing from the original set and not included. The Laurel House measures about 7" long x 5" wide x 7.5" tall and is in very good to excellent condition (subject to opinion) with no major obvious scratches or blemishes on the front and sides. The back has a mark right of the light opening that may be an original manufacturing defect, but otherwise no other major issues or blemishes on the back. The building is generally very clean, but may need a little more cleaning. The building includes a provision for a light bulb, but a bulb is not included. Includes the original box (has some tears and signs of wear) and interior Styrofoam packaging. Also includes original instructions and a pamphlet about the Collection. The camera legs for the photographer figure broke while I was packing it up (see picture). I didn't retake other pictures that show it in tact. The legs may have been repaired before and you may be able to glue them back on. Please check the pictures closely to see the condition of the building and figures to make sure you agree with my condition assessment.
