Description: I do not know if it has been fired. It has a white powdery film in the cap and around the wick. The exterior has scratches and was likely carried. The date code on the bottom of the lighter matches the one on the insert. I installed a new flint and it sparks strong, but I have not tested it with fuel. The cap hinge does not have any play. It is in an older box I had on hand. We highlighted the scratches with a few flash photos.
