Last produced in 1955 in the classic Color TV format and 2-1/2" by 3-3/4" card size, the renewed set copied the vintage size, also keeping a minimalist design with only Bowman logo and facsimile* signature added to full-color photo. The photo quality is quite reminiscent of another Bowman set: the highly desired 1953 edition. Cards of this size fit in 8-pocket sheets primarily designed for cards issued 1952-1956.Every card for this team in the 1989 Bowman set is pictured and included in this offer. Since we have just one set to sell, these are the actual cards the buyer will receive. Bowman introduced an interesting concept with this set: Statistics which show how the player did against each team in the league for the 1988 season.
