Returns: Our return policy is simple - if you are unhappy with your purchase you must email us within 14 days of receiving your purchase letting us know what the problem is and as soon as we receive the item back in its original sold condition, we will refund your money. If the item was not described properly, we will refund 100% of the purchase plus actual shipping cost for returning the item, however, if you decide to return the item because you just do not want it, there will be a restocking fee of 20% and the return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility. Damaged Items: We do not cut corners on our packing – all breakable items are wrapped securely and packed in shipping peanuts.
