This is an original press photo. Boston: Nicol Williamson, center, playing title role of "Hamlet" last night in Boston joined curtain call with rest of cast at Colonial Theater. Williamson had stalked off stage beginning of second act vowing the role would be his last. He returned in about 10 minutes, apologized to the stunned audience, and said "My voice is gone. I'm not giving a good performance...it's just a tiredness of the spirit." Williamson, 30, received loud applause in curtain call. Constance Cummings is Queen Gertrude and Patrick Wynerk as Fine Claudius join Williamson. The performance was a start of a two-week stand in Boston and part of a national tour, following a Broadway run.
