Little to no stretch on these. Waist: 13” flat Hips 19” flat - taken at base of pocket - must clear this point to put it on. Inseam: 27.5"Cuff: 7" across Good vintage condition. No noted stains. There is some felting that has occurred from friction in the crotch, this area has been reinforced as pictured.
