Description: 1942 Walking Liberty Half Dollar-50c- XF40-No Mint Mark-Great Condition- Circulated but could definitely pass for Uncirculated.This has been in my coin stash for many many years and has always been protected in this plastic container.90% silver - I can also see doubling on the face with my magnifier which must be why AACGS is no longer around because there is no grading from them for that. It might be worth getting it recertified because of the doubling on the face?I took a number of pictures and don't know why it looks gold? It's a 90% silver coin from 1942 and definitely has doubling on the face when magnified. Great coin!
