Description: This very RARE vintage (1940s) brooch was made by CORO TEENS (missing the original tag). It was originally $1.00! (book info) I really LOVE this whimsical pin in the shape of a RED CANDY APPLE on a stick. I can't determine what the glazed apple was made out of, but it is 1-1/2" in size. The wood stick is 2" long. There is a brass pin closure. The wood end is slightly rough. However, I would call this rare pin very good. NOTE: I am selling an estate grouping of vintage quality jewelry--many OLD PAWN turquoise, TAXCO mexican silver, STERLING, and mostly signed pieces.
