Looks to be copper underneath with either a silver or nickel coating on the front and back. NOTE: There is alot of scratch/marks on the front. don't know if this was caused by a machine or if somebody scratched it. No mint mark. It Looks like it could have been double stamped around the rim. see around by the date & we trust. Date may be double stamped see pictures. The back has some scratches not as much as on the front and a mark in the N on cent and double stamped on the right by the wheat leaf. There's a lot going on with this coin and I'm really not sure what's going on with this coin. you look at it and see what you can figure out. Weight: 3.0g Not sure if I should have sent this off to be graded as a huge error or not.????? I've never really seen a coin like this before. More information would be appreciated.
