Description: Offered is an unsigned arched apron foot stool in the manner of a multitude of Grand Rapids Furniture Makers. A near exact representation is shown in a Stickley Bro’s. Co. Catalog listed as # 833 1/2. This example does not have the tenon but I have a reference from another collector that a #833 was offered without the tenon. Clean design lighter than the designs of Gustav Stickley or Limbert but retains a substantial presence. 17 wide 12 deep and 15 inches high which matches Stickley Bro’s Catalog dimensions. Wear to all corners showing an aged patina affect, normal nicks from a soft wood Mahogany but very good overall. Regards,
